M.O.M. was AWESOME!!!! They came in, saw what we had existing, gave us a quote, we signed, and everything was all set up and delivered within less than a month. Incredibly fast service! The next day Linda Kistler(Client Trainer) came out and showed the staff all of the quarks and features of each printer. She answered all of our questions and was VERY patient with the staff. All around a 100% difference from being with Konica Minolta!!!! I would recommend M.O.M. to EVERYONE!

I've been w/ Stebbins over a decade and the equipment has rarely had any problems ...I can count on one hand the # of times support has been contacted and we've only had someone on-site for an exchange ...upgraded to a color Ricoh 2510 and the swap was quick and they even spent time to walk us thru the new look of the control panel and added features from our previous machine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
MOM is the BEST and has the BEST employees, they are quick, efficient, care about your problems and works with you to get everything handled. I personally worked with Dave Hickman, and he was amazing! He had a great fun, nice personality and was VERY patient with me and answered any and all questions. He even went over and beyond to let me know our toner was low and how to replace an old one with a new one! He stayed on the phone to make sure I was able to switch the toner properly and print! Super fast service. Tim Kissinger in sales is the best! I've worked with him at several of my various positions throughout Richland County over 25 years, and he returns calls quickly, responds fast and overall, just knows how to deal with any complex situation our office needs.
