At Christian Star Academy, we have been doing business with Modern Office Methods for many years now. We just exchanged our copier. The entire process went smoothly from the pickup of our old copier to the delivery of our new one and getting it connected. Both the delivery guy and their tech were very attentive and considerate. From the sales team down to the service techs, Modern Office Methods has remained my top choice vendor for our multi function printers. The techs have quick on-site times, the sales team is very knowledgeable (and not pushy!), and maintenance contract pricing is very comparable. 10/10 will recommend M.O.M. We have had copiers from Modern Office Methods for many years. As a school district, you can imaging how many copies we run each year. MOM has always been a great company to work with. Their service technicians are top notch, always call us within an hour, and if we have an issue, many times the issue is fixed the same day. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I cannot possibly provide enough positive feedback about the M.O.M. team. The firm I work for uses MOM. Greg is the tech that keeps us up and running. He is the most knowledgeable tech out there. He knows what is wrong before he hangs up the phone. His promptness is appreciated, especially during our busier times of the year. He never complains about coming downtown. MOM sells and supports great machines. Ava, the person that fields calls for supplies is a delight to talk with.
