I cannot possibly provide enough positive feedback about the M.O.M. team. I have worked with them for many years to provide copiers and copier support for our church office and they have NEVER disappointed. The firm I work for uses MOM. Greg is the tech that keeps us up and running. He is the most knowledgeable tech out there. He knows what is wrong before he hangs up the phone. His promptness is appreciated, especially during our busier times of the year. He never complains about coming downtown. MOM sells and supports great machines. Ava, the person that fields calls for supplies is a delight to talk with.
I work for a local municipality who utilizes M.O.M. services. They respond quickly and dilgently for any request of service. This past week we had a techican named Jason Powell, who did a wonderful job cleaning and fixing our office printer. We placed the call and he responded quickly, efficently, and respectfully. The attention to detail and quality service is something my coworkers and I appreciate immensely. Highly reccomend, great customer service when you call and great techicans.

When we contact Modern Office Methods they always respond quickly. The techs are very responsive and are onsite pretty quick unless parts are needed first. The techs I have had experience with, have been very professional and knowledgeable.
