I really liked the product online and was excited to put it together. I felt like like the tricked me because some of the furniture that I received had been put together (then taken apart) and it looked used or maybe returned. There was some minor scrapes on it and a lot of blemishes on the piece that looked like it was used. Some of the paint was chipped on the areas where there were pre-drilled holes. I had reached out to them about my concerns and they did try to work with me, but I was not fully satisfied and felt like they did not fully take care of me as a customer. This is unfortunate because I most likely would have bought more product from them, but now I will not.
