Some doctors and some midwife are nice! But the billing department is insane! They will overcharge your money first, and then refund you ONE year later if you contact them FIRST and ask for the refund! If you don’t contact them to ask for the refund, you won’t receive the refund!!
Staffs are incredible. Very nice and helpful.
Dr. Cook is AMAZING. She’s brilliant, empathetic and solutions oriented. I’ve seen her a few times now. Each time, she makes me feel like a real human person…not just a number. The entire staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend this practice.
