The staff is so friendly and kind! I have had 3 experiences with Emily Chung and she is so incredible and kind! Love the office and happy to be having my first child with modern OBGYN

This place have really gone down hill the past few years I’ve moved away from the area and still held on to this office even traveling over an hour because how good and efficient they were but on my last visit the service was mediocre and the bathrooms wasn’t throughly clean and I had to keep calling over and over for test results because there something wrong with there online system yea I think it’s time to say goodbye.
Very nice office environment, however the front desk staff didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of co-insurances and pre-payment expectations. I highly recommend training the front desk staff to communicate with new & first time patients their anticipated co-pays prior to the appointment. I arrived and was expected to pay $200 + for a consultation only; no exam, bloodwork, just conversation & prepay expectations…that's insane! This is with insurance.
