The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they make every visit comfortable. The doctors are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I feel confident and well cared there.
I am extremely upset and outraged by my experience at Modern OBGYN in Johns Creek. I was given an order for my annual mammogram and referred to an out-of-network facility without being informed. As a result, I am now stuck with a nearly $500 bill for what should have been a routine, covered preventive screening. In my entire life, this is the only medical provider who has ever referred me to an out-of-network facility without clearly disclosing it. As always, the treatment and the staff are 5 stars. they connect, talk with you and always make you feel comfortable. Joanne Lee, Nurse practitioner is amazing. Came in with a concern, she addressed it, made a plan and made me feel at to ease me.
I received prenatal care and delivered my baby with Modern OB/GYN, and I truly had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was my first pregnancy, and thanks to the care I received here, the entire journey felt smooth, not difficult, and honestly very special.
