They’re always so professional, efficient, and polite. We’re so glad we made the switch from our previous OB-GYN to Modern OBGYN. It has been a completely different experience in the best way. Everything is so well organized, and every visit is smooth and efficient, which has saved us so much time every time we come in. We truly appreciate the excellent care and service from the entire team!

I have fibroids that need to be monitored, so I continued using Modern OBGYN for follow-ups. However, my general doctor repeatedly told me that they never received my test results. Each time I visited the ModernOBGYN, I asked them to send the results to my general doctor, and they always said “okay,” but nothing was ever sent. When I investigated, I learned that Modern OBGYN only sends results by fax, while my general doctor only accepts them by email. I was shocked—how could a clinic called “Modern” still rely on fax? My husband and I love the staff at Modern. They were incredibly supportive and accommodating during our high-risk pregnancy and have been a key part of us bringing our baby home, happy and healthy. From the very first appointment we felt seen and respected, and we continued to experience this throughout our pregnancy. Told me my copay was one thing at the office and I got a bill months later for a higher copay amount. I would have never went to your office if I knew the final copay amount was so high. Tell your clients the correct amount from the beginning.
