Dr. Lu and all of the staff are exceptional. Her level of care and concern is like nothing I've experienced with other doctors before and I highly recommend her. I've seen her for various issues including IUD insertion, various gynecological concerns, and STI testing. She is very compassionate and never makes me feel rushed. She is also very knowledgable and when I discuss my issues she actually takes the time to understand and do the best she can to help me. Insurance FRAUD. I got an ultrasound done to see if there are any cysts. I paid for the ultrasound and but the results were not shared. Instead, I was asked to book another appointment and pay around 250$ to come in person and discuss the results with doc. Btw, the ultrasound had no abnormality to discuss in person. The results were completely normal. The Drs office could have very well said over the phone when I called that the results are normal!!! Awesome panel and practices.
I’ve been to a couple different locations and have received excellent care at both. The staff are all very friendly, but also professional. I get seen in a timely manner and have always received quick responses to any messages that I’ve sent through the portal. I always feel heard when speaking with any of the providers. I would highly recommend modern OB/GYN to all my family and friends
