The people there are so sweet and really take care of whatever concern that you’re having! Best people honestly
Dr Zippay is great. She listens and provides great education and feedback. She has a calm, confident and caring bedside manner. Front desk and nursing staff are all wonderful and helpful. Ive been seen at multiple locations (all super close to my home) and the care is top notch and fluid across all the offices. Wonderful practice. I would highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice, this one and also the Medlock Bridge location. I have been a patient of their’s for me and my baby girl since December and now in my 8th month of pregnancy. My experience at Modern OBGYN was outstanding! I was there for a second opinion. I felt very welcomed and calm from check in to check out. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for treating me with such kindness.
The front desk seems poorly trained and often provides incorrect or confusing information about scheduling. During my first visit for blood work as part of my annual physical (which requires a separate visit if you didn’t fast), I was incorrectly scheduled for a provider visit instead of labs, resulting in an unnecessary charge.
