Really impressed with the NP's here. Knowledgeable, caring, with skilled hands. I'm kind of a wuss, but they've made me feel very comfortable and use tricks to keep things pain free.
I recently had a miscarriage and have had several follow-up lab appointments to track my hormones back down. The first 2 phlebotomists were extremely kind and gentle, and had no problem finding me a room for my blood draws as I do sometimes faint. For my 3rd blood draw appointment, the phlebotomist seemed annoyed when I said I preferred to recline for blood draws. She said "You should have let them know when you checked in.
