I did not hesitate coming to this facility (first time), since I knew Dr. Cook is working there. Modern Obgyn is a beautiful place, but what it make it special are the medical, nursing and clerical staff. Dr. Cook is been my obgyn doctor for so many years, she is easy to approach, knowledgeable, kind professional. The staff show care, professionalism and respect for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and this facility.
Insurance scammers — BEWARE !!! If you have an out of network insurance don’t even bother with these people in the billing department. Leslie lied to me over the phone about contacting my insurance company when she didn’t. Hope didn’t coordinate with Leslie on the main issue of the problem and tried to tell me my insurance was not accepted for a different reason now (AFTER BEING APPROVED IN THE INITIAL FINANCIAL CONSULTATION BEFORE BECOMING A PATIENT THERE).
Modern Obstetrics is great everyone is so helpful and caring. I highly recommend them. They really take the time to understand your concerns.
I’m very thankful for the safe delivery of my baby boy. Modern OBGYN was overall responsible and responsive throughout my pregnancy. Lab work was quick and easy to access, and I appreciated getting to meet most of the providers during my visits. Just be aware that you may not know who is on-call when you go into labor.
