I went to this practice with a problem. I was told that it was necessary for me to have procedures before I could have a certain surgery. I agreed to have them perform the procedures in good faith that they would follow through to the surgery. They never called me to schedule the surgery which makes me feel like they performed unnecessary procedures for the purpose of billing me. This also means that ultimately they have no concern about my health.
