Mike went above and beyond in helping with a washing machine flood. Issue was in a tough to access point requiring extra work, and he made sure the problem was fixed properly.
The technician who came to my home to fix my boiler was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond to investigate the problems I was experiencing with my hot water heating system. Thanks to his efforts, I now know the 1/2 inch vs the required 3/4 inch plumbing is the issue which I can pursue with the plumber. I am very grateful he took the time to listen to me and look into this issue.
Everyday I’m impressed at how bad people drive but then I came across one of your drivers and it blew my mind. It must be god given talent to be that bad at driving.
