The technician who came to my home to fix my boiler was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond to investigate the problems I was experiencing with my hot water heating system. Thanks to his efforts, I now know the 1/2 inch vs the required 3/4 inch plumbing is the issue which I can pursue with the plumber. I am very grateful he took the time to listen to me and look into this issue.
