I tried calling the office and no luck. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting one of your employees in traffic today. Clearly wasn’t having a good day and also needs to learn how to properly zipper. Unprofessional and overpriced. First plumber made the problem worse, causing sewage backup and significant loss. Three different invoices for the same job, charges quietly removed when challenged, and management was rude and dismissive. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value professionalism, transparency, and accountability, look elsewhere.
They charge super expensive for the service never provided and couldn’t fix anything after 1 week back and forth! So,we had to contact another company to fix the problem and problem solved in one day! Super poor service and kinda charge for nothing! Never suggested! Do not waste your time and money on them.
Driver driving the company van on August 2, 6:20 pm on hwy1 near lougheed almost rammed into me then another car in the next lane then sped away. Drive however you want in your personal car but when using a company van, at least have some common sense that you are representing the company. If this firm cannot train their drivers/employees then it’s just irresponsible.
