SUPER ROUGH & HURTFUL SERVICE. Came in to get my acrylic Christmas nail set removed. The guy did not soak my nails like other salons to take off my acrylic set. Instead the man used a plan acrylic nail he had to pry off my intact acrylic nails, getting underneath the nail at the base and wiggling it in between. Ruined my nail bed and hurt so bad, the acrylics were literally ripped off. He couldn’t get some of the acrylics off so he used a drill but focused on the base of my nail and went too deep. They are charging too much and the service is getting worse and worse.
