I booked in for a mani pedi. Starting the pedi, the technician cut my toe, and it bled for approximately 5 mins the cut was so deep. She also made me yell out in pain a second time when she put a metal scraper too deeply under another toenail. I ended up needing to cut the toe nail of my wounded toe by myself as the wound was too painful for her to work around. I stopped the treatment when I was in too much pain to continue and decided I wasn’t going to have a mani. I said I didn’t want to pay for the “service” they provided... read more

Got in for a normal manicure. Staff were ok but the polish was terrible, with thick layers with a lot of streaks. No ‘polished’ look. I had to ask to get it done again. Within 5 minutes of leaving the store, my nails were ruined anyway

friendly service, completely love their job, taking care of my nail carefully, detail and last longer. i hardly grow my nail but now my nail is longer and healthy 😊 thx love
