I cannot express how TERRIBLE the service is at Modern Nails. I have had both a manicure and pedicure at this salon because the location was convenient at the time. Here's what I experienced: 1. Most of the technicians are very rude and/or dismissive to the customers. 2. The pedicures are grossly OVER-PRICED for RUSHED, incomplete, mediocre work. 3.
