Being relatively new to the area, I've tried at least 6 or 8 places in the Plant City, Valrico, and Brandon areas for pedicures but I like Modern Nails the best. They don't do the hot towel treatment during their pedis but since they charge $10.00 to $14.00 less for a pedicure than every other salon I've tried in the area, I won't hold that against them.
