Purchased a car from Butch and Michael, smooth transaction. They give their customers attention and stick to their word. For example they said there was a second FOB key but they couldn’t find it. So they sent me a new one with no hassle. Used cars have issues unique to the make / model. Lots of folks blaming the dealership but due diligence is on you, the buyer. 12 year old cars with 120,000 miles are probably going to have issues, spend the money to get a third party inspection to identify potential issues. Bought a 2011 Camaro from David and the owner Mike.. Little did I know there were several things wrong. First they did not disclose frame damage. The car had 4 different questionable tires. The seat heater didn’t work……the rear window defroster didn’t work. The side mirror was bad but wasn’t aware at the time. The big thing was the entire AC system was bad to the tune of over $3,000.
