Jacob Tyler, for my refinance was frankly too available He's on the Eastern Time zone I'm on Central mountain and he was always there to answer any question I had regardless of the time whether he was in the office etc he was very knowledgeable and made the process simple cannot recommend going for these guys enough, he was also very understanding with me using his first and last name interchangeably. Can't thank him enough
