If you are considering buying a home from this company, please proceed with caution. We were told our home would be delivered within **3–6 months at most**. Unfortunately, more than a year later, we are left dealing with a **faulty and poorly constructed product**, and the company has refused to properly address or fix the issues. For example, the weather is getting hot, and we turned our A/C on for the first time and it’s broken. I mainly dealt with Koltaen through my purchase and build process and can’t say enough great things about his level of knowledge, care and service! Highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a modular built home.
