We are happy with our new farmhouse. It was great to be able to custom design exactly the house we wanted, then watch as it got quickly built and delivered. The steel construction is awesome, the house is far stronger than it would be otherwise. It's been great working with Koltaen and team. I recommend Modern Modular and might be a repeat client when the time comes to expand our infrastructure.

Our home was delivered on time as expected even after we changed our minds on more than one occasion and changes needed to be made. The attention to detail is amazing, and the floor plans met our exact needs. Very spacious and well designed in every aspect. We have lived in multiple mobile homes and this one is second to none!"

Every question I had was answered promptly and he had a good knowledge of every aspect of the build .
