Heather pierced my teenage sons ears! She was super nice, clean, professional and took the time to explain exactly what she was doing step by step for him to relax. I recommend this place to everyone that asks me where to find a good piercing place. Once my daughter decides she wants to get her ears done, I will be taking her here also. I went in yesterday to get all my jewelry switched out. In the middle of my endeavor I decided to get a piercing, when I do that I always ask for a recommendation, they are experts not me. Heather came over and took a look and she decided what to recommend and ended up switching out some of the other jewelry I chose because it looked better. It was so great! I will absolutely be going back. They were so great. They also do special orders so I’ll be checking that out too!
I came in twice today. The first time I was charged one price and after getting home I decided to come back and get a second pair of earrings. I was charged double the second time around and my ears were also tapered to a larger gauge without telling me. Overall the girls were nice, but the inconsistency and comment of “it’s not a big” deal when I asked why they were tapered to a different size doesn’t sit well with me.

They are still learning the ropes, not that that is an excuse for them to not ask questions but we do pride ourselves on being a cohesive and consistent team... Went today to finally get my daughters ears pierced I was a bit worried she was going to freak out haha but Mimi took great care of her and everyone else there was awesome thank you 🙏🏾 maybe I can get my son to toughen up lol
