The therapist I saw was great! But the snarky, painful admin make the whole experience dreadful. I would not recommend based purely on the admin staff. They demand to book in AEDT - daylight savings time, despite the booking being in an AEST time zone. When booking, they send you an email saying if you cancel or change within 48 hours, you forfeit payment, despite the booking THEY ORGANISED being booked within 48 hours of the appointment.
I had the immense pleasure of attending the “Your Many Faces” event hosted by the wonderfully kind and creative Kobe Allison from Modern Minds, and it was truly a heartwarming experience.
