I recently stayed at two different long-term rental properties in Denver hosted by Modern Midstay, and I can't recommend them enough! Both places were incredibly comfortable and came stocked with absolutely everything I needed for an extended stay. I moved across the country for 6 months - this place was a perfect fit as it was very homey and quiet! it’s in a great location, many restaurants and chipole is a walk away. i felt very safe being on my own here. the neighbors are friendly. The host is very responsive and friendly - if you need absolutely anything! I would highly recommend and would sty here again!
I really enjoyed my stay here! It had everything I needed for a long term, furnished stay. My favorite part was the location right near the botanic gardens and walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very communicative and kind! I would highly recommend!
We loved our stay. The location close to Colfax, Cheesman and City Park were great! Loved the accessibility. The house was great for us and the hosts were very helpful and available when needed. Would rent again!
