I enjoyed my stay here in Denver! The apartment had everything I needed and the apartment was in a great location! They were also very attentive to anything I needed
We got a chance to spend the summer in Denver, and the amazing crew at Modern Midstay made our transition seamless — they provided wonderful hospitality and made it super easy to move to a new city for a few short months. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short-term stay!
I stayed at the 16th St. location during the winter and I couldn't have had a better experience. My unit was clean, efficient, quiet, and charming. Would love to come back anytime I'm in Denver!
Myles was a great host and communicator throughout my stay. I travel for work and ended up extending and stayed for 7 months. Great location near Wash Park, in a safe and friendly neighborhood, and the apt was perfect for me and my dog! I’ve had experience with multiple landlords throughout my travels, and I can confidently recommend booking with Modern Midstay!
