we purchased a bedroom set from Modern Miami furniture one year ago. We specifically were looking for a platform bed and were happy to find the one that we wanted. The sales person Vadim Rogachevsky assured us that we will get the bedroom set with the platform. One month later we received totally different kind of bed, When we called the store and spoke to Mr Rogachevsky he said to leave the wrong bed for now and in a couple of month we would get the correct one . BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! Had issues from the start. I was told they would deliver the furniture. Day of delivery they told me that I lived to far and that I would have to pay $300 to deliver. The cushions have faded in 3 months. I called several times and was told they no longer carry the item and nothing they could do. I WOULD STAY AWAY.!!!!!
I just left the showroom of Modern Miami. There were four people sitting at desks, some on the phone. I spent 20 minutes wandering around and NOT ONCE did anyone ask if I could be helped. I am having a home built and need several pieces of furniture. I even found a couple of items of interest in the showroom. But, possibly because I was a woman alone, no one was interested in selling me anything. Such a shame.
