After two attempts to fix front end had to take to another shop. Turned out sway bars were loose, the Integrity1st guys fixed it in an hour. Worked fine after that. The Modern M bill-estimated hours can be higher than the Mercedes labor guide specifies. Significant premium for “genuine” over after market from reputable brands. It can get pretty ridiculous. These guys did alright. They fixed a few things on my car, although I received it back with a few new problems. My key fob no longer works and the driver door no longer closes correctly.. these weren’t issues when I dropped the car off.
I've serviced my car for 5 years now and it's been a fantastic experience. Responsive when communicating, they do a great job diagnosing the issues and their pricing is competitive. They complete the jobs in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them. I've worked with Remington, Justin and lately, Ansif.
I went to Modern Mercedes after Mercedes Benz of Plano tried shot gunning an issue I had with my R class and charging me for each of their failed experiments. Modern Mercedes was great to work with, they examined some suspension issues I needed addressed and their quote was 30% less than the Merc Dealorship. They addresses all my issues on the R class and identified some minor issues I needed to address at a later time.
