James Kennedy is an awesome provider. I am a prescriber in the metrowest area and whenever I have patients that I need to refer to him he is receptive, knowledgeable and approachable. HIGHLY recommend this team!

I saw James in this practice and I found him to be very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled that I wrote the wrong time for. I never received a call from James to check in on me or to see if I was running late. He simply charged $200 for the missed appointment automatically. A simple call or text would have been nice. They also use an app called Osmind that sends messages irregularly. Their admin tried to tell me the messages I had were wrong. I sent her a screen shot of when I received messages and she had no res... read more
