12/31/25 I am a former patient of many years of Dr. Saqib Rashid's (whom I was very happy with). I went in to Modern Medicine today to request my past sleep apnea records and notes. There were two women working the reception desk, the younger Hispanic woman was helpful and printed out my records for me and answered my questions. amazing people to work with star to finish
They do not answer their phone. Yet this is the number on their website and paperwork. I need to reschedule and not one call back has been returned. It is well within the 24 hr notice. I’ve been calling since 8 and they do not open until 9 am. If this is how their calls are handled, I cannot imagine how they handle patient care.

Waited 2 hours for appointment first visit. Came back for results for sleep study and had to wait too long again. Not going on time again. Loved Isaac the sleep study guy. Very cool.
