I wanted to inform you all of my great disappointment and interaction of your Dr Sujata Agarwal. Rude, incurable and dismissive. I have never had to write such a review but thought it important for you to know. Dr Sujata Agarwal was with me for 3 minutes before she made her bedside manner and ‘Lacking’ of executable knowledge apparent. Her inability to follow a proper bedside manner was hurtful. appaling I was a regular at this site and I started to notice my lymph nodes swelling now nothing malignant is occuring. I kept getting told its all dental. Turns out after a ct scan from a second opinion I have a chronic sinus issue. Do not go to these drs
Reception and practice manager are the rudest of rude who have a god complex would give less stars if possible
This practice provides a good service, I think, for those who need bulk billing. However, it has joined the ranks of the clinics who intimidate people by waving the blood pressure cuff at them and talking in stern voices intended to frighten. They also display a lot of warning notices about patients using frightening behaviour at them. Why would they need to do that, I wonder?
This practice is amazing all the staff are caring and provide excellent service. We have known Dr Julie Murray for over 40 years she is an amazing doctor and very caring about any conditions you may have.
This practice is appalling. Have been an infrequent patient here for a couple of years and very surprised at the lack of care, outright rudeness of reception staff and shit customer service by all it seems. I waited for 2 weeks to get an appointment and then when I arrived for my appointment was told by an exceptionally rude receptionist that the Dr was off sick, and why hadn't I got a text message from the practice manager? I don't know why I didn't get your message love, but being rude to me does not help the situation.... read more
Always delays - they disrespect their clients by consistently overbooking, and appointments ALWAYS start at least 30 mins late, often over 1 hour after appointment time. Sometimes they let you know. Once my Dr retires, I will no longer be a client, as I've spent many, many hours waiting. Doctors of Fairfield on the other hand, where my kids now go, are always on time.
Thank goodness for this excellent practice. I am always confident that my health will be properly assessed and managed. Dr Mike Walsh doesn't miss a beat and seeks to know as much as possible about me and my complex medical situation in order to provide optimum care. I know I'm in the best hands there are.
Easy parking, good location. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. I have seen Dr Tom Mathews previously. He always makes you feel comfortable and provides his expertise and treatment in a caring and professional manner. Highly recommend. .
