My grandmother and I used this place 3 years ago, and at the time we concluded work was okay (4 stars, nothing special). But given that the owner is rude and drags people after reviewing 3 years later, I have changed my opinion to 1 star. I have attached the response from the owner as a photo, for posterity. A suggestion; perhaps someone with better customer service skills might be better handling the response and attempted removal of Google reviews in the future. I highly recommend Tony at Modern Mechanical Plumbing based on several years’ experience. Tony has addressed sump pump, toilet float and tap replacements. He charges only an hourly rate and for parts (another well-known St. Catharines company wanted $850 before looking at the problem…say no to these companies). Tony works and achieves results quickly. He also notices and corrects potential problems that might be unknown to you.
