We have 2 older furnaces that started giving us trouble and Brandon came out the same day and fixed them. Very reasonable!
I cannot say enough good things about this company, from my first interactions with Jackie straight through to my install team Matt & Chris everyone was so helpful and professional. Brandon was so quick to respond to all of my questions and worked to make sure I got my new unit installed as quickly ask possible after my old one broke. Without any reservations I wold highly recommend Modern Mechanical if Orchard Park, New York. Starting with an “emergency“ visit on a chilly, early Sunday morning when we had no heat, Brandon was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative in diagnosing what the issue with my furnace was.
