Modern Mechanical is the best HVAC company in the 716 ! I have been using them for many years and they have always provided excellent service, high quality work at very reasonable prices. I have 2 furnaces, an A/C unit and a hot water tank that they installed. I appreciate knowing that I can count on them to keep everything in working order. Today was the second time we used modern mechanical for our home repair needs and both times the workers were efficient, honest, and hardworking. I especially appreciated that the team installed our new furnace on a Saturday to get our heat back on before the upcoming storm, when they could’ve made us wait til the next business day.
