I have had a lot of therapists over the years. I have been working with Dr Mike and his team for over a year now. They have been amazing and I look forward to continuing my progress.

He understands that good healing therapy requires trust and was willing to let me take my time. I have grown a lot over the past 3 years of attending therapy with him and I love who I’ve become. I walked into Modern Me Psychology with a lack of self esteem and motivation w sprinkles of anxiety, PTSD and depression...the list goes on and on.
