I have been a patient with this clinic for a few years now, I’m not sure what happened, they used to be on top of it, caring and compassionate, I scheduled a tele visit on a Friday for prescription refills and the NP never called me, I tried calling in only to find out they were closed. I never received a follow up call or apology. I have had bad experiences these past few months and I will be looking for care elsewhere. If Ms. Patricia Po comes back to treat patients I’ll happily come back.
I have been a patient for over a year and I can say I am extremely grateful to have come across such kind and caring individuals. I was first seen by their PA Jessica. She was attentive and took the time to hear my concerns. Thanks to her knowledge along with the professionalism of the staff, I can truly say that they have changed my life.
