Rude gentleman in the front. Will not be coming back. FNP Jessica F. always takes her time answering any concerns and questions I may have; I never have that sense of feeling rushed as in other practicioners office. So glad she is my PCP! Staff always goes above and beyond also for their patients as myself, thank you all!
Good services
I had my initial visit with Jessica. She was amazing. She actively listened to my concerns and made me feel like I would get the help I needed. At my 3 month follow up she wasn’t there and I was told she’s gonna be out for a very long time. Dr Lopez po saw me and I walked out feeling dismissed, unheard and hopeless. She made assumptions about me was not willing to help.
Dr. Lopez is one of these doctors that doesn’t listen to you, gaslights you and schedules you every three months to get money out of you. She is not there to help she’s there to support her lifestyle.
