Second time buying a Mazda. My wife needed a car after a storm blew a tree down on her existing car. Walked in the door and was greeted by Stephen Duffy. Stephen took us for a test drive in a CX 50. Loved the car and loved how Stephen did not pressure us and answered questions when we had them. 2 days later, we were again owners of a Mazda. When going to Modern Mazda keep an eye out for Stephen Duffy... He is what a salesperson should be.. Smart, honest, and pressure free.
I went to modern Mazda this past weekend looking for a new vehicle. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Zachary. He asked if he can help me and from there on out, he was right by my side the whole process, any questions I had he answered them. He was very very helpful. I would recommend modern Mazda to anyone looking for a car!!
Bought car for my daughter. Within the first week lug nuts fell out, AC busted and window washer fluid container leaking. Paid $15,000 for her car that was unsafe and now needs service after only a week. You would think these issues would be fixed before it was sold. I do not recommend this dealer. ***Update*** I was happy to get contacted from Ed, the General Manager, regarding my issues with this car. Worked with Ryan Peguero. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. More importantly PATIENT!!!! I am not a car guy and perseverated ad nausium over the silliest little things. Ryan made me feel like I was talking to family and put up with every nonsense question and change of heart I had. I’ll never go anywhere else to buy another car
2025 UPDATE: I came back to Modern Mazda to get another CX5 after I was involved in a car accident and worked with Steve once again. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and I had a great experience! Just bought a 2024 Mazda CX5 and I love it! Great customer service and very helpful, which I was grateful for since this was my 1st time buying a car. I worked with Steve and he was very helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience here.
