Great experience with this company! The owner was very honest, upfront, and thorough. Our kitchen remodeling was just how I hoped and envisioned. There were details he suggested that was not what I initially pictured but the end result was beautiful!! I couldn't of been much happier with their work.
Chris and his crew covered up our popcorn ceilings and they look brand new! Modern Marvels was easy to work with, polite, and very professional, not to mention priced below the competitors.
Modern Marvels was the primary contractor in the demolition and reconstruction of the interior of an industrial property of mine in downtown St. Louis. They came through for me on a tight timeline, getting every part of the job done on time, and exceeded expectations in how they handled things. I will work with them again.
