Kickboxing and martial arts – If you're looking for a great workout that keeps you in shape and having a ton of fun, this is definitely the place for kickboxing! Taking agression out on a punching bag never felt so good! Plus, the other members are really great and share the same passion for the club. Awesome Fitness Workout – This is a great workout. The routine changes monthly to keep it interesting and I love it. I have lost 10 pounds since starting at this place this spring and have toned my body beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this academy.

Change your mind and body – I have been in the Fitness Kickboxing program at Modern Martial Arts Academy for about a year and a half and I can't recommend it enough. The classes are challenging, but fun; the instructors knowledgeable and encouraging; and the class members great about propagating the positive and supportive environment of the class. These classes have changed my mind, body, self-image, and confidence. Only moving to another city will come between me and this academy!

GREAT fitness kickboxing classes! – I love the fitness kickboxing classes I take here! The instructors are highly knowledgeable and work with you on technique while you are getting a great workout. I like it that we get to use actual bags and gloves rather than punching and kicking into air. I always leave these classes smiling and sweating.
