I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed, but more importantly, I notice a significant improvement in how my body feels overall. Phylisha consistently remembers the areas we have focused on in our previous sessions and often incorporates new techniques she has learned to enhance my progress. She is especially attentive to my history of migraines and has been exceptional in providing relief, even during active migraine episodes.
Phylisha is such a skilled and caring professional. She listens, and tailors her approach to what I need and where I'm experiencing pain and discomfort. It's been a huge help for my costochondritis, I'll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend her!
Charity King not only has a healing touch, she is a healer. She knows exactly which areas are painful and proceeds to knead away that pain and tension. I actually relax during the massage. My work is so stressful, I notice that I spend my days with clenched jaw and shrugged shoulders. But after a massage therapy session with Charity, I’m like a noodle. Be like ramen. Go see Charity. 👍
This is THE PLACE to go if you want to actually GET RID OF PAIN! Rob and his amazing staff work hard at alleviating your pains and also setting you up with aftercare you can do yourself to manage things. I’ve been seeing Rob since before he opened this practice and I could not recommend him more. I’m never in pain when he’s working on me, he’s extremely respectful and considerate, and I always leave feeling so much better and having a much better range of motion.
