There is a very professional and relaxing atmosphere at Modern Manual Therapy. I felt very good after my massage.
I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed, but more importantly, I notice a significant improvement in how my body feels overall. Phylisha consistently remembers the areas we have focused on in our previous sessions and often incorporates new techniques she has learned to enhance my progress. She is especially attentive to my history of migraines and has been exceptional in providing relief, even during active migraine episodes.
Phylisha is such a skilled and caring professional. She listens, and tailors her approach to what I need and where I'm experiencing pain and discomfort. It's been a huge help for my costochondritis, I'll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend her!
Charity King not only has a healing touch, she is a healer. She knows exactly which areas are painful and proceeds to knead away that pain and tension. I actually relax during the massage. My work is so stressful, I notice that I spend my days with clenched jaw and shrugged shoulders. But after a massage therapy session with Charity, I’m like a noodle. Be like ramen. Go see Charity. 👍
