There is not enough words to describe how Amazing Janelle and her staff are at Modern Mane Salon. Not only is Janelle highly skilled in her abilities, but she is also very professional, hard working and very kind. I Highly recommend Modern Mane. I am incredibly grateful for everything she has been able to do for me in my hair journey.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff looked like they rolled out of bed, someone’s child was running around barefoot in the salon after being informed about a no kid policy. The lady on the phone was rude when i tried to book my appointment.
We visited this salon a few months ago, maybe a year ago, to get a haircut and hair dye for my wife. One of the employees, Bianca, gave me a quote. When we came back to schedule the appointment, the owner was there. She disagreed with her employee’s pricing and treated me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I hope the business improves how they treat customers and ensures that all clients are shown respect and fairness.
