Mel was awesome to deal with as I took my time deciding on carpet and then purchasing . Sam was just awesome who laid our carpet , very friendly & let us know when he would be making a noise or dust . Wonderful to deal with everyone
Absolute worst customer service. Hybrid flooring started to deteriorate less than a year after house being built. Contacted carpet court Launceston. They initially were helpful and sent a repair man out promptly. Only for him to come out and create and leave more damage than what was there initially. After many phone calls over many months, I have tried to get flooring fixed again which is now chipped and lifting where he initially fixed it.
