Mel and the team at Carpet court are outstanding. Mel has assisted us in having several investment properties both furnished with new carpets, residential and commercial vinyl. I have found the in house installation team to be thorough, highly communicative and professional. Mel has gone over and above when managing the installs and her attention to detail and level of service is faultless! Highly recommend Carpet Court Launceston!

Their team on the ground Dion and Bailey did a fantastic job, Dion was on the ball at all times, asking questions that would have saved me thousands post Reno. I am incredibly happy with my sheer curtains and blinds provided by Carpet Court. The entire process was very smooth. I live half an hour out of Launceston, and the travel wasn't an issue. Adrian, who came out to measure and helped us in store, was just fantastic. The quote came in a lot cheaper than other quotes even though I included more blinds. Was about 4-5 weeks from deposit to installation, and they have elevated my house. Definitely recommend!
Service was great, carpet was laid on time and I will definitely be calling again for any future installs
