Modern Lending does an excellent job of walking home buyers through each step. We are first time home buyers so this approach was extremely helpful. We received regular email, text and phone updates, helpful videos explaining each of the steps and overall above and beyond service. Their customer service and responsiveness was a major factor in our offer getting accepted and even in this tough market.
