I retained this firm in 2023 for a A/N/D case in Cabarrus County. A judge allowed them to withdraw as counsel without providing the proper 10-day notice to appear in court and my attorney filed some paper work late that was used against when she said it would not. **My children were improperly removed** and this firm clearly knew what the county was doing but didn’t have the guts to represent me in court. Was not satisfied paid $300 just to talk to a regular employee not a lawyer that gave me no type of legal advice at all and let’s not have to mention that when I got there I had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes because the person wasn’t nowhere to be found, I had to call the main office just to find someone If you’re really seeking legal advice and help do not do not waste your time with them they do not CARE I hate I even had to give them one star
