ZERO rating! In my personal experience, Billie Tarascio was the worst attorney I worked with during my Family court case. She was referred to me by ACESDV, but my case became more conflict‑driven, disorganized, and significantly more expensive under her representation. I also saw many Domestic Violence survivor moms being referred to her by ACESDV, and it concerned me because, in my experience, she did not act in the best interest of vulnerable survivors and children.
