I have Modern Law as opposing counsel regularly. Most recently, Donald Colburn and I were involved in a very contentious case. He was professional, represented his client's interests well, and is a very good seasoned attorney. (There are plenty of seasoned attorneys out there. Many are not good.) He and his staff were great to work with.
I contacted Modern Law for a friend who was looking for a divorce attorney. Although they were unable to help me (the friend is in Utah), Modern Law gave me a referral for an excellent attorney.
Modern law has been with me going on four years now. Kylie has dealt with my nasty custody battle with not only another difficult attorney but a difficult family. She has kept it up to help me with my daughter. I would recommend and I do recommend modern law all the time! I love this team!
I had Ashley represent me a couple of months ago. When children are involved, you want THE BEST person representing you. I got just that. Every single thing I requested to have put in the order was in fact added to our existing order. The firm made sure I felt confident and comfortable going into the hearing. Everyone was personable and the experience was wonderful. I am extremely happy with the outcome of our hearing.
I was pleased and impressed when I received my most current billing statement. My calls to myattorney and her paralegal were billed to me -- as I totally expected -- but at a .1 hour!! The calls were only a couple minutes but were NOT billed at a std. .25 or .5 hour rate. Very nice! I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of when I need to interface with your team.
