I had an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience with a member of staff who was very poorly conducting traffic control. Not only was he clearly not competent in his role, but his behaviour was also deeply unprofessional and aggressive. He was standing in the middle of the road with his back to oncoming traffic, giving no hand signals or using any signage to indicate that vehicles should stop. It’s now Oct 2022. In June 2021 I had my driveway retarmaced.There were some minor defects which despite e mails and verbal assurances, including the actual proposed remedy, were never rectified.perhaps I should have been more complaining or better still not paying until I was totally satisfied.

Modern tarmac and ground work prepared and laid a large area at the rear of our bungalow with SMA . I could not recommend Ian and his crew enough . They do a very tidy job and Ian keeps you informed at all stages . If your needing ground work done ,look no further than Modern tarmac . You won’t be disappointed .5* in every way .
