Owner named Michael very sarcastic, passive aggressive, and is a smart ass, has an answer to everything. Once he takes your money for an item he forgets you like a bad dream. I bought and extremely expensive dining room set and a couch from him. Definitely over paid. The couch was supposed to be a high grade expensive leather couch good quality. Unfortunately it only lasted me 3 years.
Effie was super helpful! The delivery time was early! The sofa is gorgeous! Super happy!

We had the pleasure of working with Effie, who is incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to really understand our vision. Buyer beware . Came in looking for a leather sectional . Effy helped me choose a fabric sample and style and the couch was delivered a few weeks later. We enjoyed our couch until I noticed some cracking in the cushions after a year. I treated the leather with conditioner but things kept getting worse . The couch started peeling. I contacted the store and they informed me that the couch was actually plastic vinyl. After days of calling and being pushed off Effy finally told me I could reupholster the cushions for $2500 .
