We have just completed our project with Andy. It was a knock down and new build of a house on Lake Nokomis. Andy made the entire project great. The communication was greatt and Andy kept us in the loop on every step of the process. We especially love the attention to detail. I would Recommend Modern Interiors to anyone. We closed off and added a bathroom to our second story loft. Andy and his crew were fantastic. The final product is everything we had hoped for and more. He came in right at the quoted price. He completed the project ahead of schedule. He marched existing finishes seamlessly, and he did it all at a very affordable price. If you are looking for a remodel project in the north woods at a reasonable price, look no further than Modern Interiors.

Andy and his crew were incredible to work with! We reached out in March hoping to get our loft closed off over the summer.
