I would Recommend Modern Interiors to anyone. We closed off and added a bathroom to our second story loft. Andy and his crew were fantastic. The final product is everything we had hoped for and more. He came in right at the quoted price. He completed the project ahead of schedule. He marched existing finishes seamlessly, and he did it all at a very affordable price. If you are looking for a remodel project in the north woods at a reasonable price, look no further than Modern Interiors.
Michael did such a fantastic job of leading the crew while building a deck for us! The handiwork he did is PHENOMENAL! If you are looking for a job well done, look no further. Great work. Honest. And you don't need to worry about how they completed the work!
Andy and his crew were incredible to work with! We reached out in March hoping to get our loft closed off over the summer. We had spoken with a few other contractors who said there was no way they could do it in that timeframe but Andy made it happen. Andy and his brother built our home in 1995-96, so I had every confidence in the quality of his work. Now he has several yóung carpenters whose work ethic is outstanding. They replaced my deck and worked through some brutally hot days. Lead man on the crew, Mike, was very skilled. I am very pleased with the end result.
We were able to work again with Andy and Michael for the exterior of our home. Andy and Michael, as always, were amazing to work with. Communication was great, the attention to detail and craftsmanship was phenomenal. Definitely trust them with their recommendations for products. We’ve really loved having a gate on our new deck so the kids can safely play on it. Overall, if you’re looking for quality driven people for your next project, I would highly recommend Michael and Andy.
