What an awful experience. I went online scheduled an appointment had to put in a credit card, rearrange my schedule waited three weeks showed up to be told: "oh I'm not accepting new clients." I said well I scheduled online, she said well I usually respond, when I said I did not receive anything she just looked at me said I left. What happened to professionalism. I left my name, email and phone number.
