Bought a trunk lid from them, and the experience was decent overall. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful. The only issue I had was with the condition of the part. Online, it was listed as “000,” meaning no damage anywhere. In reality, the part had quite a bit of damage along the rear lip where it meets the glass. It looks like someone slid the part across something without any protection underneath, whatever happened, it went all the way through the paint and chewed up the actual metal.
