These people are crooks. We fired them after they tried to submit fraudulent subcontractor bids for us to pay. After that, they would not release the project plans for us to hire someone else, and we had to file a lawsuit for fraud against them. And now the ARCHITECT DECLARED BANKRUPTCY due to being sued by former clients!! Save yourself big problems and hire someone reputable.
