The staff was very good and fast to help you. The servicing of your car VERY slow. Almost 2.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Last time was over 99 minutes and I thought that was bad

I change 3 time but the sales person doesn’t meet my expectation and they hide me the special offer price He charge me high when I show the special offer price then he charge the lowest on the other things Fully synthetic oil they are offer only 5K mileage

They the worst customer service in maintenance. After spending over$2500.00 in maintenance, I pick up my care and it breaks down before I can get home. I call them can't get anyone in service to call me back. Had to get someone to take me to the dealership so they an arrange to tow it back to dealership. They call me to tell it the engine is gone. Seven days later no loaner car. No answer about fixing my car. And I bought the car from them and take it there for regular maintenance. They don't give damn about there customers.

I booked a multi-point inspection waiter appointment at 4:15 PM via the Hyundai app, clearly noting a TPMS system malfunction and infotainment screen flickering. On arrival, I was told waiter service was not possible and that only a drop-off was allowed, despite the app letting me book a waiter appointment. No clear explanation was given.
