I have so many remarks. Service dept. Poor management, poor service. An oxygen sensor was broken by service worker causing the check engine light to come on. They didn’t fix it, instead they unhooked the battery before we picked up, wonder why? Had to take the car back because of this. The headlight and turn signal went out. I purchased my Santa Fe in February 2025 from a different dealership and due to proximity to my home scheduled my first service appointment with Modern Hyundai. My service rep, Dezerai was fantastic! She walked me through the entire process. Due to some slight manufacturing offsets 2 windows in my vehicle had to be replaced. She did the work to ensure it was covered by warranty and additionally put me in a loaner for over a week while the replacement glass came in. Everyone is very nice here. But......why does it take 3 hours for routine maintenance on a Saturday morning when you have the 2nd earliest appointment? We changed to this location because it is way closer to the house but in the same amount of time we could have gone back there.
