Excellent service . Great Job done immediate help received on Sunday and was very reasonable…….Now I can say this is my regular guy ….
My furnace was making a loud noise while running. Modern HVAC was very prompt responding to my request for service and making the repairs needed. Some accessories needed for the damaged part replacement were missing but Anil had a work around to get the system up and running. Great service. Thank you!
Moved into the house and found out the heating system does not work. Contacted Modern HVAC Technology with the problem. They responded within 24 hours, tested the system, and replaced the defective part. The house is now warm and ready for the winter season. The Modern HVAC Technology LLC is on my speed dial should we experience any future problems.
Anil communicated well with me to troubleshoot and repair a leak I discovered with my hvac. He diagnosed the leak quickly and replaced a blocked drain with a system that allowed me to clean the pipe myself in the future. Would recommend and use in the future. He was available the same day too.
Anil is very responsive, and has done great work for us for two years now. From small repairs to total furnace replacement, we are very pleased with his work.
