I had a ductless heating and air conditioning unit installed. The gentlemen arrived on time, were very courteous, and they explained everything they were doing step by step. Once installed they tested the unit, and showed me exactly how to use the system. They immediately filed for my warranty which I received that same hour in an email. I was very happy with the service and the product. I would highly recommend their company to anyone else who's interested in the same product.
Our relationship with Modern HVAC started a few years ago when they conducted a propane inspection for us. Last year July 2025 we asked them to install an air conditioner unit for us and early this year Jan 2026 a new furnace was needed. Working with Clayton and Colton of Modern HVAC is an absolute pleasure.
