I am extremely happy with my new heat pump and genuinely grateful for how quickly everything came together, from the initial consultation right through to the completed installation. This team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful of both myself and my property. They clearly take pride in their work and made the whole process easy and stress free. The heat pump itself has been amazing. I’ve never had better temperature control in my home, and being able to control the thermostat from my phone is such a gre... read more

*UPDATED REVIEW 5 YEARS AFTER ORIGINAL* We recently moved and the new place didn’t have AC, so we reached out to Modern HVAC as they were fantastic help at our previous house on a couple occasions. They recommended we go the heat pump route to tie into our existing propane furnace and be more cost/energy efficient, as well as we can get a government rebate so it would end up being the same cost as an AC install when it’s all said and done. Five stars aren't enough for these guys! They installed our multi-head heat pump system quickly, and professionally. Right from the start, communication was fast and clear. They always communicated and followed through, arriving when they had scheduled and completed the installation with total efficiency and care. They were also incredibly warm and friendly throughout the entire job, making a fantastic impression on our whole family especially our 3-year-old! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a ductless heating and air conditioning unit installed. The gentlemen arrived on time, were very courteous, and they explained everything they were doing step by step. Once installed they tested the unit, and showed me exactly how to use the system. They immediately filed for my warranty which I received that same hour in an email. I was very happy with the service and the product. I would highly recommend their company to anyone else who's interested in the same product.
