When we decided it was time to update the kitchen of the home we have lived in for 30 years, we interviewed and received estimates from four different Design Build Contractors. Ryan, Jerry and the MH team did an outstanding job on our master bathroom renovation. We did a full reno with a steam shower, heated floors, etc. and are so happy with the results. As with any renovation project there were some curveballs along the way and MH was able to handle everything our project required. Modern Homestead did a wonderful job on a complete remodel of our kitchen. They were very transparent and open throughout the entire process, working within our budget and providing an outstanding finished product. Their design team was excellent in the redesign of the space and in coming up with ideas for countertops, cabinets, flooring, lighting and all the other details.
