Could not recommend Modern Design and Build enough! Matt worked with us to finish our basement. We came in with a vision and Matt helped us tailor it to our needs and budget. The whole team was very thorough, taking it upon themselves to improve things we did not even notice! Chris, the PM went above and beyond for us as well. They were prompt, reliable, and honest, which has not been my experience with other contractors. Will certainly be working with them again for future projects!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with our bathroom remodel. The entire team was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the project—we always knew what to expect, and everything stayed on schedule. We worked with Modern Design & Build on our first floor renovation and we couldn't be happier! Matt and his team were by far the best we've worked with! We used Modern Design & Build to remodel our primary bath and a few smaller projects such as replacing the guest bath vanity countertop/sink/faucet and adding under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Working with Matt and his team was probably the best experience we’ve had working with a contractor. His responsiveness and communication is impressive.
