My wife and I worked with Sagie and his team on a bathroom remodel and vinyl floor replace for carpet. His team was very responsive and communicated well. Our project was to replace an old tub and remove a door between wet and dry bath sides, and replace the vanity. The final result is shown in the pictures and the team did a nice job matching the veins in the 2x4 foot tiles. Great company! We did a full kitchen remodel after removing load bearing walls and installing beams, a room add on and a half bath. On time and on budget ! Sagei was excellent to work with. His bid was well organized with transparent pricing, detailed payment schedule and clear communication. I recently had Modern home remodeling replace my old sewer line with new PVC pipes. They got it all done in two days, and everything was handled very professionally. Their crew explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. The price was very fair compared to the other quotes I received, especially after seeing the quality of their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable remodeling or repair work.
