Steven and crew did an amazing job! Replaced subfloor in bathroom, reset tile, and completed drywall work in the garage. While they were there I asked them to also fix some trim around my garage and without hesitation they did. Left all rooms cleaner than found and even cleaned my garage floor and rugs! I can't recommend them enough!
I highly recommend Modern Home Professionals. We hired them to do our full kitchen remodel. Steven was excellent with communication, which is a huge plus for us! These guys are the best! We had them do several jobs the last two years, Remodel a bathroom, put in a dock at Lake Shannondale, and some other things. They work hard, no goofing around. They know their crafts, everything from carpentry to plumbing. Most important - they'e 100% honest. Everyone on the lake asks us who did our dock. You can trust Modern Home Professionals to do the job right!
I love these guys. I wanted to get rid of the shower/tub combo and replace it with a walk in shower. I had vague ideas but didn't know what was available or how such a thing was done.
